Karel Zeman is responsible for managing the Polish operation of CBRE Global Investors, running also the Asset Management team in Poland. Previously, he worked on the position of Head of Strategy and Research CEE, concentrating on providing strategic advisory to the CEE organization. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2006, Karel worked as Head of Research for Czech Republic and Slovakia in C&W.

CBRE Global Investors is consequently and constantly investing on the CEE real estate markets over the last 15 years taking care of the returns of our instructional clients. The company is actively managing it's portfolio and achieving investment results above available benchmarks. On the beginning of 2017, CBRE Global Investors decided to divest significant part of it's CEE portfolio. As a consequence portfolio of 11 retail and mixed-use assets valued at approx. EUR 650 million has been sold to CPI Group. It was the largest cross-boarder portfolio transaction in the region, covering six legal jurisdictions.
