 The Park Warsaw is the first truly self-contained campus style office project in Poland, consisting of 10 Class-A office buildings with a total lease area of 110,000 sq m and a large number of parking places (parking ratio 1:20). The Park Warsaw is characterized by unique landscaping and wide range of value-added on-site amenities. Since the completion of Bldg 1 (April 2013, 10,800 sq m) and Bldg 2 (March 2014, 9,990 sq m), over 18,500 sqm has been leased by well-known international companies. The tenants have appreciated the high quality specification and efficient large floor plates of over 2,500 sqm providing them with abundant expansion options. As a result of its sustainability standards,Bldg 1 received the highest Excellent BREEAM Final Certificate on Post-Construction Stage and Bldg 2 received Very Good BREEAM Final Certificate Main tenants: IBM, Johnson Controls,NCR Polska, Qlog, Cenega,Werner&Mertz, Perfetti Van Melle, Valentis Polska, Hikvision Poland, ARS Retail Solution
