The JURY AWARDS competition has an open format, which means that participants in the commercial real estate market submit their nominations through this website. The Organizer also has the right to nominate projects, individuals, or companies that they deem significant for the sector.

The Organizer allows for the submission of more than one project by a company in a given category.

Registration of candidates takes place from July 1st to October 15th, 2025.

The list of nominated projects in each category will appear on the eurobuildawards.com website after the nomination submission process is completed.

Each category has a dedicated jury panel consisting of specialists in that particular field.

Applications for the competition must be accepted by the Organizer, and the nominees will receive a confirmation of nomination via email.
