Please say why your company should be considered for the award The biggest in the history of the Polish office market leasing agreement with PZU Group in Generation Park Y, sale transaction of Generation Park Z done fully during the pandemic are only two most important highlights from Skanska office unit operations in Poland this year. Skanska has been performing well despite the COVID-19 reality – managed to maintain work on its projects, conducted big transactions (also the closing of the transaction with Credit Suisse for 3 buildings) and presented fast and complex response to the pandemic -"Care for Life Office Concept" adjusting offices to the safety and hygiene procedures, based on Skanska’s core value – care for life – and touchless solutions in the buildings. Skanska is now one of the first to receive the WELL Health-Safety Rating created during the pandemic for its 5 Polish projects. Between Oct 2019 and Sept 2020, Skanska delivered in Poland 138 000 sqm. of the modern office space and another 114 000 sqm. is under construction.
