Cavatina Holding

Cavatina Holding is one of the leaders in the commercial real estate market in Poland. The company bases its operations on Polish capital and has a portfolio of projects with an area of 0.5 million sq m. to be completed by 2022 in 7 biggest polish cities. The developer's buildings are distinguished by architecture, quality and competitive prices. It is possible thanks to Cavatina's internal team proceeding the full investment process: from real estate acquisition, through design, general contracting in the field of construction and fit-out, to commercialization. Cavatina currently employs over 200 specialists. The investor has his own architectural design studio and general contractor.

Echo Investment

Echo Investment is the largest Polish developer, the only one on the Polish market with extensive experience in three sectors of the real estate market: residential, retail and office. As a socially responsible developer, Echo Investment is involved in large city-creating projects combining various functions. It creates places where people can work, live, play, and satisfy their everyday life needs. HB Reavis Poland

Established in 2008, HB Reavis Poland employs 160 real estate professionals. Skanska Commercial Development Europe

Skanska is an innovative developer of green, timeless office buildings that create the perfect environment for business development. Team of Skanska operating in Poland consists of approx. 110 employees. Skanska’s investments fit into the environment, they are healthy and comfortable for employees and also meet the needs of the local community. Skanska has been operating in Poland since 1997. The company is present on seven main markets in Poland: in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice and Gdańsk. Sustainability is one of the core values for the company, driving operations and business strategy at every level. In 2019 Skanska set a Group target to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2045, with a 50 percent reduction by 2030.

Virako Sp. z o.o.

Virako is dynamically developing Polish development company, investing in the construction of modern office complexes. The company has been operating since 2000. Cpmpany's undoubted advantage is professional and thoughtful approach to business. Virako's achievements are appreciated not only by international corporations such as ABB, Clariant, Deloitte, HSBC but also local companies. The company has an experience in the field of revitalization - as one of the first in Poland, it carried out the revitalization of Henryk Wagner's locomobile 1920s factory in Łódź.
