Projects completed between October 2019 and September 2020 The construction of facilities with a total area of ​​approx.100,000 sqm was completed between the fourth quarter of 2019 and the third quarter of 2020. This year, MLP Group has successfully completed the construction of the MLP Gliwice logistics and other projects. The third and last warehouse hall has been delivered. As a result, the logistics centre reached its target size of about 45,000 sqm. The facilities have been fully leased out, and are currently occupied by three tenants.

Projects in progress Between the fourth quarter of 2019 and the third quarter of 2020, the Group had running projects in Poland with a total area of nearly 123,000 sqm. Facilities with a total area of approximately 100,000 sqm were completed in MLP Pruszków II (53,000 sqm), MLP Wrocław (21,400 sqm), MLP Gliwice (8,800 sqm) and MLP Poznań West (18,500 sqm). As at the end of September 2020, the Group offered in Poland almost 673,000 sqm of finished modern warehouse space. Total leased area (including in projects under construction and in the pipeline) in Poland increased to 688,000 sqm. As at the end of the third quarter of 2020, 32,000 sqm of space was at the construction or pre-construction stage. Currently, the total development potential of the land held in Poland is close to 1.1m sqm.

MLP Group owns land plots and has signed a number of reservation agreements to purchase new land for planned logistics parks in Poland. The Group focuses on expanding its existing logistics parks (i.e. building warehouse space on its land) and on building built-to-suit projects outside its existing parks. The Group is also actively seeking attractive land for new logistics projects.
