Open to any developer active in the Poland warehouse sector in 2020. The jury will consider presence, geographic range, reputation and leasing & financial figures, as well as the number, size, originality, variety and significance of projects completed.

7R SA

7R is a nationwide developer specializing in delivering A-class logistics space for rent. The company provides warehouse and industrial facilities for many businesses as well as BTS projects. Its portfolio includes both large-scale logistics parks and Small Business Unit urban warehouses called 7R City Flex. So far 7R has finalized investments totalling 850,000 sqm and has more than 1.25 million sqm in the pipeline in different locations around Poland. 7R focuses on innovation and sustainable development, being the first founding member from warehouse sector joining Proptech Foundation. The company was also the first warehouse player to announce its policy to provide eco-friendly logistics projects in Poland. 7R hires a team of about 110 professionals in four office locations in Kraków, Warsaw, Gdańsk and Sosnowiec.

MLP Group S.A.

MLP Group is one of the leading developers, owners and asset managers of logistics and industrial parks as well as small-scale business parks in the core markets of Poland, Germany, and Romania. The company, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, operates a real estate portfolio with a total leasable area of more than 1 million sqm. With offices in Warsaw, Munich, Dusseldorf and Bucharest, user-specific real estate solutions are offered to customers and tenants in the logistics, commerce, e-commerce, manufacturing sectors and the automotive industry.

P3 Logistic Parks

P3 is a long-term manager and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 6 million square meters of assets under management and land bank for further development. P3 has operations in 11 countries and has been investing and developing in European markets for more almost two decades. Headquartered in Prague, P3 employs more than 160 people across 9 offices in key European cities, offering integrated development, asset and property management services. In Poland, P3 parks are located near Poznań, near Piotrków Trybunalski, in Łódź, Mszczonów, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Błonie and Grodzisk near Warsaw. This year the company has expanded its portfolio in Poland by two city locations in Warsaw.
