We ended the third quarter of 2020 with a portfolio of 1,9 million sqm in Poland and signed deals covering 662,308 sqm (194,200 sqm more than during the same period of 2019). Our customer-centric offering of quality facilities backed by unrivalled customer service kept business brisk throughout the year, with Prologis Parks in Wrocław seeing more than 55,000 sqm of contracts signed, while the last vacant unit at Park Łódź was leased. Reconstruction of deserted brownfield areas, a key element of Prologis’ strategy, continued with our new logistics park in Ruda Śląska. Our Polish facilities exemplify the kind of sustainable design features we employ to reduce emissions and reduce customer costs, including: cool roofs, energy-efficient lighting, hybrid and carpool parking, recycled and locally sourced building materials, and water conservation methods.
