Projects completed between October 2019 and September 2020 Dekada Nysa shopping center is the biggest object in Dekada SA portfolio, and at the same time the most modern object in Nysa region. The investment has been skillfully incorporated into the existing urban fabric, it is a project that activates the local community and is tailored to its needs.
Architectural concept has been prepared by famous JSK Architekci workshop. On the lease area of over 19.6 thousand sqm, there are 80 commercial and service places, gastronomic zone with restaurants and cafes together with recreational and entertainment zone. As part of the investment, the company also built an underground car park that will accommodate over 440 cars.

As a result, retail space will increase to over 12 thousand sqm. 3 additional storeys and underground parking for 250 cars will be added to the building. Dekada SA is also leading a project to develop Dekada Grójec shopping center, which is one of priority company projects planned for 2020. GLA object will expand from 9 thousand sqm to 14 thousand sqm. In progress is also to extend the shopping center Dekada Sieradz (16 100 sqm). As a part of the revitalization of PKP and PKS stations, company is preparing to implement new projects of shopping and communication centers in Konin (5200 sqm) and Mińsk Mazowiecki (4300 sqm).
