Acteeum Group

Acteeum Group is a privately owned international company operating on the commercial and residential real estate market in Poland, undertaking the entire development process, starting from selecting suitable plots for development through the stage of design, construction, commercialization, management and sale of facilities. The Acteeum approach to projects is based on extensive experience and knowledge of the polish market and the development process. The company is a business partner of large institutional companies, including CBRE Global Investors, Immofinanz, NepiRockcastle, BPI, Equilis as well as private investors. Acteeum focuses on the development of large scale retail facilities and residential projects. Acteeum manages a land portfolio and negotiates the purchase of further plots for the construction of shopping centers, retail parks, residential developments as well as mixed schemes.

Dekada SA

For 13 years Dekada SA has been active investor and commercial real estate developer. Thanks to high quality of their projects and recognizable brand, it maintains leadership position in construction of convenience shopping centres and integrated communication-commercial centers. Its portfolio contains of 12 objects, localized in Brodnica, Ciechanów, Grójec, Kraków, Malbork, Myślenice, Nowy Targ, Olsztyn, Sieradz, Skierniewice, Żyrardów and Nysa. Next centers in construction are in Konin and Mińsk Mazowiecki.

IMMOFINANZ

IMMOFINANZ is a commercial real estate group whose activities are focused on the office and retail segments of 7 core markets: Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. The core business covers the management and development of properties, whereby the STOP SHOP (retail), VIVO! (retail) and myhive (office) brands represent strong focal points that stand for quality and service. The real estate portfolio has a value of EUR 5.0 billion and covers more than 210 properties. IMMOFINANZ in Poland equals to 48 employees. In the operational part the team is divided into those who are responsible for leasing and asset management in both, office and retail. The team works on a portfolio size covering 10 offices (7 branded with myhive) and 14 retail properties (4 VIVO! shopping centers and 10 STOP SHOP retail parks). The team includes also an development department responsible for search of new plots and projects – mainly related to expansion of STOP SHOP portfolio.

Trei Real Estate Poland

Trei Real Estate Poland is a part of Trei Real Estate GmbH group, headquarter in Düsseldorf (Germany). The group invests, develops and manages tailor-made and sustainable residential and retail properties in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Portugal and the USA. The Trei Real Estate Poland team includes almost 50 professionals responsible for full development process execution, starting from land acquisition, through construction, to retail space leasing and property management. Since 2019, the company also runs the Trei Residential unit. Under the Vendo Park brand, Trei builds and leases retail parks in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A total of 29 facilities have already been built, 19 of which have been developed by Trei Real Estate Poland and kept in the company’s portfolio. The company manages a total of 125 retail facilities (19 Vendo Parks and 106 Biedronka shops) located in more than 90 cities in Poland.
