We provide a broad range of retail advisory comprising: high street retailing, tenant representation, new shopping center leasing, re-commercialization and consultancy on retail development, retail asset management, including consultancy on marketing as well as advisory to retailers. We have a dedicated team specializing in many retail market segments such us convenience retail, value-add, home&deco retailers and others. Team leader profile Beata Kokeli has more than 24 years of experience in the real estate sector working both at development companies and at real estate agencies, responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing and commercial strategies for the numerous commercial assets both from retail and offices sector. In January 2020, she joined CW for the position of Head of Retail Agency. Beata has restructured a retail department by introducing new specialties as well as securing new business opportunities.
