Established in 2008, HB Reavis Poland employs 160 real estate professionals. Firm’s strategy is to focus on downtown projects in large metropolitan areas with excellent access to public transport where it creates environmentally-friendly places accenting well-being and greenery combined with accessible public areas and technological advancement.
It has delivered 327 000 sqm of workspace so far in popular buildings such as Varso 1 and Varso 2, West Station, Postepu 14, Gdanski Business Center and Konstruktorska Business Center. Further 148 000 sqm of landmark developments is under construction, including the European Union’s tallest Varso Tower and the Forest business campus, which campus-style buildings have already been topped out.
The company is undergoing transformation from a traditional real estate developer into an increasingly versatile consultancy, expanding its workspace-as-a-service range and introducing a flexible workplace offer as well as innovative property technologies.
