IMMOFINANZ focuses its approach to development projects on these locations and plots which have a significant potential in terms of commercial success. This aspect has its great evidence in the last two development projects, VIVO! Krosno and STOP SHOP Siedlce, which months before their opening were 100% leased. These on the other hand shows that tenants believe in IMMOFINAZ development projects.
The latest opened property in Siedlce, despite the unfortunate opening circumstances (the middle of pandemic), turned to be a huge commercial success. Already in the first week after the trade release, from May 4th it recorded a footfall of 44,000 customers. This indicator grew in the following weeks. Throughout May and June, the retail park was visited by almost 600,000 customers, while in July and August by 660,000, and in single September 320,000, breaking absolute records in this regard every month for the entire STOP SHOP portfolio in Poland, also taking into account the pre-COVID-19 time.
