SEGRO’s strategy assumes growth of the company property portfolio in the CEE region through selective purchases of new assets and the development of existing investments in the strategic locations. Currently, SEGRO keeps its portfolio of carefully selected key locations and at the same time develops the assets in a thoughtful way. As of now, the company owns 19 parks in 8 locations within Central and Eastern Europe (Gliwice, Łódź, Poznań, Prague, Stryków, Tychy, Warszawa and Wrocław).
