• a subsidiary of the Hillwood group on the sale of the remaining 50% of the shares in two companies which are implementing the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków warehouse park investment in Parzniew near Warsaw, to Polski Holding Nieruchomości;
• Arrow Capital Partners, a private real estate company, on the acquisition of the prime urban logistics asset, Airport House in Warsaw;
• Catella European Residential Fund on the acquisition of a mixed-use development project of residential apartments and student accommodation in the Polish city of Cracow for approximately EUR 20 million from US developer Hines;
• Blackstone on the acquisition of a portfolio of warehouses.
