MLP GLIWICE

MLP Group has successfully completed the construction of its first logistics park in Gliwice, which has significantly enhanced the attractiveness of the region. The modern storage space has attracted new investors who have created new jobs. Providing a total of approximately 45,000 sqm of modern space, the facilities have already been fully commercialised and are currently occupied by three tenants, of which the first one to sign the lease contract was Żabka Polska, Poland’s largest chain of convenience stores. It uses space of approximately 25,000 m2, of which approximately 4,000 m2 are cold and freezer rooms. Another 11,000 m2 has been leased to Just in Time, a logistics outsourcer, which uses the warehouse space primarily for storing goods. The third tenant at MLP Gliwice is InPost, Poland’s largest independent logistics operator providing modern services to retail and institutional customers, including comprehensive services for the e-commerce industry. The space leased to InPost is BREEAM-certified. The logistics park offers the premium standard, featuring environment-friendly solutions and complete infrastructure, including car parks for passenger cars and trucks, as well as manoeuvring yards.
