Please say why you should be considered for the award This year the Real Estate and Construction team has been promoted again by both: Chambers (to Tier 3) and Legal 500 (to Tier 2, with three lawyers ranked individually: Tomasz Stasiak, Grzegorz Skowronski and Iwona Huryn). International and Polish companies and investors trust us for knowledge of the local market, for practical and business-oriented approach to law, as well as ability to come up with creative solutions. Our practice group proved that the promotion of Tomasz Stasiak to the position of co-manging partner does not affect the quality and capacity of the team. Our team is capable of handling a number of difficult transactions at the same time. We are proud that this year we completed a transaction that consisted of simultaneous disposal of 28 separate real estates to two different buyers. We are ready to handle any project that requires not only legal expertise but also project management skills.
