Please say why your team should be considered for the award
We comprehensively care for the interests of various market participants. Our dedicated teams serve both tenants and property owners/investors. We were the first on the market to advise on the development of high streets and supporting the owners of office real estate with the appropriate design of retail zones in this property group. We try to set trends in the industry and implement global trends that have not been present or popular on our market so far, which is best proven by the "dark kitchen", which is gaining importance especially in times of pandemic. During the reference period, we made a record number of transactions for over 100,000 sq m. Going beyond business framework, we also try to share our research with the market and act in the field of communication and building a positive image of the industry through such activities as consumer confidence surveys and research related to the Sunday trading ban, which are aimed at building a social legitimacy to lift restrictions.
