Short description of the company (relating to commercial real estate, not residential or infrastructure)
General contracting in the design & build system is the core of Kajima Poland’s services. The company specializes in large volume construction, short delivery times as well as expanding existing buildings without disrupting the production or logistics activity of their operational parts. Please say why you should be considered for the award
Kajima should win this award because in 2019 our business achieved turnover of over Euro 172 MLN. In 2019, we completed the largest warehouse facility in Poland (Panattoni, BTS Leroy Merlin) with more than 120,000 m2 of warehouse space.
At the end of 2019 Kajima Poland started cooperation with Umicore, for which we are building a new production plant for electric vehicle battery components as a general contractor. We should be considered for the award because we build relationships as well as buildings. The quality of our buildings and how we build them reflects our commitment to our Clients and their needs. We give them buildings that reflect the best of our knowledge, our skills and the latest techniques, and our Clients give us their business year after year. And how we build also demonstrates our relationship with, and responsibility to, our employees, our suppliers and the environment. This is what makes Kajima different. This is why Kajima should be considered for this award. |
