Atlas Ward Polska Sp. z o.o.

Atlas Ward Polska as a General Contractor manages investment and construction, from understanding customer needs, through designing modern solutions, to managing administrative and construction processes. Moreover, company offers BREEAM in-house assessor and execution of M&E installations. With more than 20 years’ experience, has completed almost 700 projects with a total area of 3 500 000 sqm. The AWP team consists of nearly 300 specialists. Company has established 3 regional offices: in Kraków, Poznań and Szczecin. In 2018 AWP built its new headquarters - the AWARD Business Park office building complex in Wrocław - for which it received awards: the title of "Lower Silesia Construction of the Year 2018" and the "Lower Silesia Gryf - Economic Award". In 2020 company received the laureate title and the "Quality International 2020 Golden Emblem" for the highest quality general contracting from the Chapter composed with independent business experts.

CFE Polska belongs to the Belgian leader Group CFE and is almost 25 years active in Poland. CFE Polska’s target market is construction of private investments in buildings, for clients who are ready to work in partnership (mutual respect/balance of risks/a “personal” contact is established). General contracting in the design & build system is the core of Kajima Poland’s services. The company specializes in large volume construction, short delivery times as well as expanding existing buildings without disrupting the production or logistics activity of their operational parts. Our portfolio includes over 110 facilities built for recognized Polish and international brands. Projects completed by Kajima include mainly warehouse and logistics halls, industrial and production plants, shopping centres as well as office buildings. Kajima Poland also constantly raises the standard of its services: it has created and then expanded the design department, introduces new design and implementation technologies (BIM), raises employees’ competence in the area of occupational safety and environmental care, introduces environmental LEED and BREEAM certification to the range of its services, and it is socially involved.
