DLA Piper's Real Estate practice combining 2 partners and 11 lawyers advises a variety of key clients, both local and international, across diverse sectors on both local and cross-border transactions. We have extensive experience in greenfield and development projects; work on commercialisation of logistics, retail and office projects; and have built a strong position in the warehouse logistics and hotel sectors. In combination with the Finance, Projects & Restructuring team headed by partner Mariusz Hyla, the DLA Piper Warsaw Real Estate team has become the first choice for banks in their property deals in Poland. The Real Estate team provides full support to the Finance & Projects team on real estate financings, including conducting due diligence reviews of companies and assets, as well as advising clients on any identified legal issues.
