It has been operating under the alternative investment management act with fund management companies established in Valletta and Budapest, and a total AuM in excess of EUR 400 million. The Group’s personnel includes highly experienced real estate professionals with CFA, NRW and MRICS qualifications with a combined investment experience of 70+ years. The management has so far executed investments in the CEE region over a total value of EUR 1.5bn. The largest purchase transactions between October 2019 and September 2020 (subject of the transaction, its total take up area and value in EUR) KöKi Terminal Shopping Center, Budapest - strategically situated at the Kőbánya-Kispest junction of the Hungarian capital, which is one of the most important intermodal hubs, reinforced by subway, train, bus and tram connections and also seated on the route leading to the Airport and M0 ring road.
The shopping center (completed in 2011) is composed of 60,000 sqm retail and 6,000+ sqm office space across 4 storeys. Anchor tenants include OBI, Tesco, Müller, H&M, C&A, Euronics and Hervis.
