In the assessment of the candidate, the jury will look at the company’s portfolio, the volume and value of projects purchased between October 2019 and September 2020, the company’s reputation and its unique features.

Accolade Holding, a.s.

Accolade has created a portfolio of commercial real estates with an area almost 1.9 million m2 and worth almost EUR 1.4 billion. The company´s priorities are dynamic growth and sustainable development and that´s why became the fastest-growing company in the Czech Republic in 2019, according to the prestigious ranking of Financial Times. In 2020 Accolade was awarded by the BREEAM certification at the “Outstanding” level for investments into new environmentally-friendly solutions in the sector of industrial real estate. One of the buildings in the redeveloped site of the Cheb engineering plant received a record-high score and became the most environmentally-friendly industrial building in the world. The company focuses on the redevelopment of neglected brownfields with a long industrial tradition. In 2020 their share has grown to 38%. The total area of redeveloped sites is 695,000 m2. Adventum International Ltd.

Adventum is a group of boutique investment fund management companies focused on Central European real estate investments, founded in 2006 and entirely owned by the management. It has been operating under the alternative investment management act with fund management companies established in Valletta and Budapest, and a total AuM in excess of EUR 400 million. The Group’s personnel includes highly experienced real estate professionals with CFA, NRW and MRICS qualifications with a combined investment experience of 70+ years. The management has so far executed investments in the CEE region over a total value of EUR 1.5bn. Adventum International Ltd is licensed by the MFSA as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager with licence no IS/88511.

AFI EUROPE

AFI Europe is part of AFI Properties, one of the leading real estate development, management and investment companies, operating in Central and Eastern Europe since 1997. AFI Europe’s diversified portfolio consists of shopping centers, business parks and large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. The group operates in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary and Latvia. AFI Europe is one of the largest developers on the real estate market, its strong position being sustained by the complex commercial and office projects implemented in Romania. Besides the flagship projects developed in the last 14 years, AFI Europe Romania has recently entered the residential market and has various commercial and office undergoing projects throughout the country.

Globalworth

Globalworth is a listed real estate company active in Central and Eastern Europe, quoted on the AIM-segment of the London Stock Exchange. It has become the pre-eminent office investor in the CEE real estate market through its market-leading positions both in Romania and in Poland. Globalworth invests, acquires, develops, and directly manages high-quality office real estate assets and industrial and logistics parks in prime locations, generating rental income from high quality tenants from around the globe. Managed by over 200 professionals across Cyprus, Guernsey, Romania and Poland, a combined value of its portfolio is €3.0 billion, as at 30 June 2020.

Globe Trade Centre (GTC)

The GTC Group is a highly-experienced real estate investor and developer focusing on Poland and capital cities located across CEE region. The company has been operating in Poland, Budapest, Belgrade, Bucharest, Zagreb and Sofia. Since 1994 when it was founded, GTC has developed 74 high standard, modern office and retail properties with a total area of over 1.3 million sq m. In each country of its operations, GTC has a regional office led by a country manager who is responsible for asset and facility management. Each of the regional offices employs highly-experienced and motivated team of leasing managers, asset managers and technical staff who are supported in each country by legal, marketing and accounting teams. GTC is also an originator and developer of some of the most characteristic facilities, such as Galeria Mokotów, Galeria Jurajska, University Business Park or GTC White House. 

Griffin Real Estate Sp. z o.o.

Griffin Real Estate is the largest, privately owned, most active and innovative investment and asset manager in private equity specialized in real estate in CEE, originating and introducing several new concepts and formats to the market. The Company invests and manages its investment platforms on behalf of both its owners & Managing Partners, Maciej Dyjas & Nebil Senman and its renowned international investors and strategic partners – several global investment funds such as Oaktree Capital Management, Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), Redefine Properties, Kajima Corporation, WING, Madison International Realty and Ares Management Corporation. The team is composed of top-class specialists with broad theoretical knowledge backed by many years of experience in the real estate, capital investment, and banking sectors. Henderson Park Capital Partners

Henderson Park is a pan-European private equity real estate manager based in London. The firm has invested approximately $10 billion in building a portfolio of iconic real estate assets across Europe, with exposure to the gateway and capital cities of the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Poland and Portugal. Henderson Park seeks high-quality assets in prime locations where it can identify potential to unlock or create value through asset management, or by taking on and working through complex situations. The firm’s current portfolio spans over 17 million sq ft and is diversified across the office, logistics, multifamily, student housing, hotel and retail sectors, including a number of active development projects. Henderson Park strives to work with and create long-term strategic relationships with best in class local partners. Henderson Park has a team of 49 and is led by Nick Weber, its Founding Partner and CEO. Henderson Park is a signatory of the UN PRI.

Savills Investment Management

Savills IM is an international real estate investment manager, which administers assets of a total value of c. EUR 20.5 bn worldwide (as of Q1 2020). The company offers a wide variety of asset and fund management services in the form of individual mandates and funds for a variety of investors, including insurance companies, pension funds, charities and family offices. The scope of investment styles reaches from core to opportunistic. In Poland, Savills Investment Management currently manages assets in three commercial real estate sectors: office (buildings offering more than 115,000 sqm.), logistics (assets offering more than 1 million sqm.) and retail (51,000 sqm.). Their total value is around EUR 1.5 bn. Savills IM Poland team consists of 8 experts.

WING

WING is one of the largest privately owned Hungarian real estate companies, Hungary’s market-leading office developer and Hungary’s leading BTS HQ Developer for multinational tenants. The company operates in all market segments, engaging in the development of offices, industrial properties, retail properties, hotels and residential properties. Since its foundation, in the past 20 years WING developed over 1 million sqm of real estate in the investment value of EUR 1,5 billion. WING is a reliable, financially stable partner, leading real estate bond issuer on the Hungarian stock exchange. It has a significant development and investment portfolio and subsidiaries that specialize in real estate services. WING is the majority owner of Poland’s largest real estate developer, Echo Investment. This establishes WING as a major regional player.
