7R Park Beskid is a project located in Czechowice - Dziedzice on the national road no. 1. The location of the warehouse in the vicinity of the Bielsko - Biała Komorowice junction ensures quick access to the ring road of Bielsko - Biała (express roads S1 and S52) and thus to any part of the city. The proximity of the city of Bielsko – Biała ensures access to qualified employees. 7R Park Beskid is situated nearby the Czech and Slovak border, which ensures perfect conditions for distribution of goods on the Central European market.
7R Park Beskid is a project comprising of two A class buildings of total area 29 000 sq.m. The main distinguishing features of this high-quality warehouses are : energy efficient LED lighting, advanced fire protection in accordance with the NFPA standards and gas heating.

Key tenants
Among the tenants of 7R Park Beskid there are top logistics industry brands: Raben, DPD and JAS-FBG. Raben and DPD decided to choose 7R for the first time. JAS-FBG is already renting a warehouse at 7R Park Kraków. After fruitful collaboration with 7R, the logistics operator decided to continue cooperation in the newly developed facility.
