Acquisition of a Polish real estate portfolio from 7R by CTP Group

White & Case represented CTP Group in the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from 7R, a Polish industrial developer, with potential to develop 1.2 million sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) in logistics and industrial real estate. The portfolio consists of projects in Silesia and central and northern Poland that are in the development phase, such as in Warsaw and Katowice, as well as other sites across Poland that are still in the pre-development phase.

Since the beginning of its operations, has completed projects with a total area of almost 1.5 million sqm. Currently, 7R has more than 4 million sqm in the investment process in various locations throughout Poland.
Purchaser, plus brief information about the company	CTP is a full-service developer and manager of high-tech customised industrial and logistics parks. It is also continental Europe’s largest owner, developer and manager of logistics and industrial real estate in terms of gross leasable area. It has been listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange since 2021.
