Project contains of 3 buildings: The PZO Factory Offices, The PZO Factory Apartments and PZO II. The PZO Factory is a unique investment in Warsaw’s Prague district, offering not only over 11,710 sq. m. of the modern office and retail space, but also 121 apartments of various sizes and functional space arrangements. The wide range of on-site amenities like restaurants, cafes or fitness club, guarantees that tenants, as well as the district’s residents, will find everything they need at the project. Fabryka PZO is the office, residential and F&B investment is carried out on at the location of a pre-war, optical equipment factory at Grochowska street, and is transforming it into a place to live and work at.
Innovations
Fabryka PZO site was excluded from public use for over 100 years and WSRE aim was to open the grounds to public. WSRE always aims to return unused sites back to public users and in the PZO case, Kamionkowska street has been made traffic-usable, after 100 years of being a blind alley.
