In addition to the office space, the facility will house a recording studio and concert hall designed to the highest acoustic standards. The 1,000-seat hall can also be successfully used for conferences and presentations. Combining these functions is a kind of response to the region’s needs. Bielsko-Biała is one of the most rapidly developing cities in Poland with a demand for high quality facilities, and at the same time it is a city which has so far lacked a large concert hall of any real standing.

Hi Piotrkowska

Hi Piotrkowska is conceived as a showpiece for Łódź, adding new, city-forming functions to the city center in one place. The key feature of the entire project is how its three buildings combine one another to complement the architecture of the iconic tram station in front of the tower and historic buildings lined by Piotrkowska Street. That's why 'Hi' became a landmark and the symbolic gate to the city center. The ‘Hi concept’ was consulted with the city’s monument conservator and thanks to the architect’s vision – saved surrounding local greenery, created the new, public plaza, and functions in the revitalized city space. The most recognizable building of the complex is a 20-story office tower, which has already received the status of the tallest office building in Łódź with 19th-floor famous for summer sunset events in the city. Its city center address, right next to the Centrum Piotrkowska transport hub and just 30 minutes from the ring road – is a tempting proposition for tenants.

MONOPOLIS to niepowtarzalny projekt mixed-use w centrum Łodzi. Koncepcja odważnie łączy architekturę historyczną ze współczesną, sferę biznesu z kulturą. Wieża Monopolis 2.0 z 2022 roku to nowoczesna bryła wyjątkowo wkomponowana w tkankę zabytkową.

GLA with state-of-the-art A+ class offices and the remaining 24,000 sqm. filled with unique entertainment, culture, food, service and retail concepts. Visitors to the Norblin Factory enjoy culture, entertainment and food concepts, including the original boutique cinema KinoGram, the organic food market BioBazar, the largest food hall in the capital city Food Town, the Piano Bar with live music in one of the oldest buildings of the complex, the Norblin Factory Museum which commemorates the 200-year history of the location, as well as shops and retail and service outlets.

The design of the estate, inspired by the modernist movement, represents a style that is imbued with the architectural tradition of Gdynia, in an original, creative and modern interpretation. As is the case with modernism, the Portova investment’s form is the result of its function, with its design being born out of harmony between man and architecture. An important part of the inspiration involved while creating the project was not only simply choosing the location, but also analysing its potential and learning about its history. The designers relied heavily on their knowledge of the lifestyle, preferences and tastes of future residents. All this was translated into external architecture and interior design so that the tenants could feel as comfortable and at home as possible in their new space. This helped build a unique character and create a harmonious whole.
