•Recognising the demand for national and regional distribution facilities in lower Silesia, Mountpark is developing Mountpark Wroclaw to offer a total of 140,000 sqm of high quality logistics space on the A4 highway, close to Wroclaw city centre and with easy access to Krakow, Katowice and the German border.
•In April 2021, Mountpark started construction on DC1&2, which provides a total of 67,850 sqm. By September 2021, 52,500 sqm had been let to GEODIS, which is expanding its operations in the Wroclaw area, creating new jobs for local people.
•Designed and constructed to achieve BREEAM ‘very good’ certification, the building has been finished to a high quality specification, including: 12 metre clear height, 70KN/M2 floor loading, fire load above 4,000 MJ/M2, 6.5% natural light in dock area and a secure service yard up to 57 metres.
•The facilities will also provide a comfortable working environment set in attractive surroundings and offering plenty of amenities for staff wellbeing.
