MLP Poznań West is the fastest growing logistics centre of MLP Group. The logistics centre is being developed in line with the principles of sustainable construction, all the buildings will be BREEAM certified as ‘Excellent’. Its rooftop array of PV panels will have a total capacity of 482 kWp and produce approximately 500 MWh of electricity annually. In addition, infrastructure for cyclists, EV charging points and insect hotels are being built on the park’s premises. The developer will provide glazing in the office space to increase daylighting and ensure better working conditions for staff. The ongoing management of the building and the monitoring of its systems are supported by the Asset Information Model, a technology that improves operational processes through integration with Building Management Systems. It is particularly important in buildings intended for continuous production or operations, for example in temperature-controlled warehouses or manufacturing facilities.
