The park design standard promotes more efficient storage space, enhanced layouts to facilitate logistics operations, and substantial cost savings from lower utility consumption with a strong focus towards ESG: sustainability, carbon reduction, wellbeing, and biodiversity. Situated in top industrial area, GLP Park Lędziny means superb conditions for warehousing, distribution and production, including e.g. thermal insulation docks for one of key clients.

The centre has a dedicated access to the S1 expressway. It has a clear height of 12 M and increased floor loading capacity. Tenants benefit from features such as solar-ready rooftops, smart metering systems, grey water installation, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Chillout zones for employees and facilities for drivers (toilets, showers) were created onsite. Thanks to 330 trees, wildflower meadows and bird houses, the scheme is closer to nature. Testament to its credentials, it has received a BREAAM “Very Good” certification.
