Short information about the project: Pomeranian Logistic Centre (PLC) in Gdańsk is Goodman’s flagship development project in Poland. It provides a flexible opportunity to develop up to 500,000 m2 of logistics warehousing and production facilities with integrated office areas. At the turn of Q1 and Q2 2013 Goodman delivered the first 14,000 sqm warehouse at the PLC that was leased by logistics operators Kuehne + Nagel and Terramar. The facility is just 9 km from Gdańsk city centre and 23 km from the Lech Wałęsa Airport. Due to its location in the direct vicinity of the DCT, the largest deepwater container terminal in the Baltic Sea, it provides a unique opportunity for port-centric logistics and intermodal transportation.
