Brief information about the developer/investor : P3 is a pan-European real estate asset manager and developer, specialising in high quality warehouse properties, managing app. 1.43 mln sqm of assets in 46 distribution buildings throughout Europe.
Brief information about the project: PointPark Zilina covers 90,000 sqm with the potential for the construction of a further 35,000 sqm of warehouse space. It is located in the Zilina region, the strategic industrial transit hub. The park is near the town of Strečno, 300m from the D1 motorway system, which links major Slovak cities such as Bratislava, Zilina, Poprad and Kosice. It is app. 11 km from the planned international D3 motorway connecting Slovakia with Poland. In cooperation with Optima Consulting, P3 started construction of the first phase of the logistics park in June this year and in August, Albatros Logistics began using 6,000 sqm of storage and office space in the park as an automotive parts distribution centre for Kia.
