 Panattoni Europe is a commercial real estate expert specialising in industrial, office and retail projects. Since 2005 it has delivered over 1.6 mln sqm of industrial space in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Brief information about the project: In 2012 Panattoni Park Wrocław II gained its second building totalling 20,000 sqm. It is currently 70 pct leased. The tenants include: DSV (4,300 sqm) and Żabka Polska, a chain of convenience stores (2,100 sqm). Another tenants include the biggest distributor of chemical materials in Poland, Brenntag Polska (2,900 sqm), Frohe, a manufacturer of a wide range of plastic accessories (3,500 sqm), and V.M.A., a manufacturer of electro-technical equipment (2,830 sqm). The park lies 14 km from the city centre and 13 km from the international airport in Wrocław, next to the Pietrzykowice junction of the A4 motorway.
