 Panattoni Europe, part of the Panattoni Development Company, has been present in Poland since 2005 and has delivered over 1.6 mln sqm of industrial space in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Brief information about the project: Panattoni Park Święcice II is a newly developed distribution complex, which at full build-out will comprise two buildings with a total area of 20,000 sqm. Building ‘1’ is the BTS for Nagel Group, the leading European specialists in food logistics. The 12,000 sqm investment, which can be extended up to 15,000 sqm, was delivered in March 2012 and serves as a modern distribution centre. The facility was delivered according to strict Nagel technical specifications, involving additional thermal insulation and instalment of cooling systems. The park is excellently situated in Ożarów Mazowiecki, less than 19 km from the capital's city centre, on national road no 2 (E30).
