Short information about the Project:	Green Day is company’s third project located in Wroclaw, Poland. The building office space (14 500 sqm) was 100% leased in the early stages of development by Credit Suisse Center of Excellence. 5 months before completion the project was sold to German investment fund. It is located in the most beautiful part of Wroclaw, close to numerous universities, 1 minute walk to public transport, 7 minute drive to the main railway and bus station and 25 minutes from the International Airport. The building is LEED Gold certified. Comfortable for tenants, provides daylight access for 80% of working areas, as well as individual temperature and air supply control. Effective ventilation ensures up to 30% more fresh air. Water-saving sanitary fittings and toilets assure 30% of water usage reduction. Energy supply comes from renewable sources. Green Day has also parking spaces for bicycles with changing rooms and showers for cyclists as well as charging stations for electric cars.
