In June 2014 Capital Park completed the 1st phase of Eurocentrum. 2nd phase is scheduled to complete in Q3 2015.Project is situated on al.Jerozolimskie, one of the main streets in Warsaw.Eurocentrum has 67 000 sqm of office space and 2 200 sqm of space earmarked for a diversified service and restaurant offer: restaurants, cafe, delicatessen, pharmacy and chemist’s store, rehabilitation centre, nail care and drycleaners. All of these elements are dedicated to guarantee a friendly environment for the building’s tenants&customers. Project has 612 underground parking spaces in an garage and 158 aboveground parking spaces, including 112 spaces available for the general public. Eurocentrum has many amenities for cyclists: 22 showers, 162 bike parking spaces, 2 DIY bike repair stations and a bike rental station. The investor has also built a bike path. Eurocentrum will be one of the largest environmentally-friendly office construction in Poland, certified ‘GOLD’ by the LEED. Tenants: Unilever, Randstad
