Brief information about the developer/investor : CTP is an award-winning, full-service property developer and asset manager. Since being established in 1998, it has grown to become the number one developer/operators of business parks in the Czech Republic.
Brief information about the project: Several tenants expanded their space between November 2011 and October 2012. Valeo Automotive: began production of air-conditioning systems for cars at CTPark Humpolec in 2002. The 4th phase, an additional 3,000 sqm of space, has recently been completed, making the total rented area almost 20,000 sqm. BJS: a company manufacturing wooden products for IKEA moved to CTPark Humpolec in 2008. Currently CTP is working on further expansion of the factory by an additional 6,500 sqm, bringing the total occupied area to 20,000 sqm. Volvo: took up 1,000sqm of warehouse space for its trucking division. All new properties are built according to ISO 14001 standards which CTP holds for construction and property management.
