CTP is an award-winning, full-service property developer and asset manager. Since being established in 1998, it has grown to become the number one developer/operators of business parks in the Czech Republic.
Brief information about the project: CTPark Brno started in 2005 following a tender held by the city of Brno to find a strong developer to support the growth of the most important industrial zone in the city. The park today is undoubtedly one of the largest and most successful industrial parks in Europe. In the year to October 2012, the park has attracted some significant new tenants/developments amounting to app. 160,000 sqm. CTP is completing a 40,000 sqm manufacturing and administration facility for FEI. CTP developed a custom-built 10,000 sqm production facility including app. 3,000 sqm of special humidity and temperature controlled areas for ViskoTeePak. Honeywell also added an additional 5,400 sqm of space to its facility.
