Short information about the project:	The BTS facility for Lear Corporation came into being through the reconstruction of an existing facility in Legnica, at the Legnica Special Economic Zone. It was a brownfield investment, involving the adaptation of the facility and infrastructure to the needs of a new tenant, as a result of which a modern warehousing and manufacturing centre was built, and now employs 800 people. The investment features a series of solutions dedicated to Lear's specialised production process, including: pressing room (4 264 sqm), manufacturing section (welding, assembly): 11 719 sqm, side receiving dock, in-house paint shop (1 481 sqm) and transformer stations.
