Short information about the project:	From August 2012 Neonet, Polish low-priced, retailer and wholesaler of home appliances and consumer electronics, was looking for a distribution center in Lower or Upper Silesia. In October 2012, Neonet selected Prologis to develop their DC for Poland in Wroclaw. As the technical specification for Neonet was close to Prologis standard specification the building has a layout attractive for future re-letting with either single user or multi tenant use. Net rentable Area: 17,780 sqm Office: 1,000 sqm Warehouse: 16,780 sqm Lease Term: 5 years The park is located in Nowa Wies Wroclawska, 3 km south-west of the Bielany Wroclawskie junction, between the A-4 highway and route K35.
