The 13,600-square-metre investment is located at the Legnica Special Economic Zone, where Faurecia already has one of its manufacturing facilities. The emerging facility has a total of 13,600 sqm, of which manufacturing and warehouse space amounting to approx. 12,000 sqm will be used to make and store car interior decorative trim parts. Staff and office facilities are planned on 1,600 sqm. The facility provide extension of 100% of its space. Apart from the building in Legnica, in 2011 Panattoni Europe completed for Faurecia an investment at the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone in Gorzów Wielkopolski with 17,600 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space. |
