Technical innovations
The Aleja Pokoju 5 Office Building has been designed and will be constructed while protecting the environment, nature, the landscape and the spatial development. Design solutions of the load-bearing structure, the façades and internal services are based on energy-efficient, passive technologies with the use of intelligent systems. Its construction is guided by the idea of creating offices friendly not just to their users, but also to the environment, so the project’s compliance with sustainable development principles has been particular emphasised. The Office Building under development as well as the method of its construction are subject to BREEAM International 2009 certification, with the preliminary assessment by BRE (Building Research Establishment Limited) of Very Good.
