The project is a stand alone BTS located in Týniště nad Orlicí. The customer Assa Abloy Rychnov, part of the Swedish-based Assa Abloy Group, a global leader in door opening solutions, has leased 10,000 sqm of industrial space, which will serve as a production plant. Panattoni Europe managed to find the land, secure the tenant and finalise the construction process in six months since the first contact with the client. The mayor of Týniště nad Orlicí expressed the highest satisfaction with the Panattoni Europe team bringing the new investor into a region with one of the highest unemployment rates in the Czech Republic and also redeveloping the former Elitex brown field.
