ESG Real Estate Leader of the Year, CEE

Only developer, investor or owner operating on the real estate market in the CEE region between August 2024 and August 2025, putting a significant emphasis on the implementation of the ESG idea in its activities, is eligible to be nominated. The jury will consider the actual activities of the candidates in all aspects of the ESG philosophy – environmental, social and corporate governance. The final assessment will be influenced by the number of projects (launched and completed) in accordance with the ESG ideas, by real impact of these projects on humans and the natural environment, by presence and quality of reporting, and by changes in the company structure according to the ESG ideas.

We have developed an ESG Strategy for 2024-2027 and are consistently working toward its goals. We are a Certifying Body for new investments under the BREEAM method. In collaboration with selected technological universities, we conduct advanced research to optimize industry solutions. We support knowledge exchange, inspiring the implementation of best practices and building the image of a socially responsible organization. We organize student internships, provide scholarships, and select brand ambassadors to support young professionals at the start of their careers. We actively respond to the needs of local communities by engaging in charitable and eco-friendly initiatives. In 2024, CO₂ emissions fell by 19% (Scopes 1–2) and 20% across the value chain, supported by 100% renewable electricity purchases and energy-efficiency upgrades. The company introduced WasteTracker in 12 Polish office buildings, helping monitor waste streams and raise tenant awareness. Social initiatives included the “Safe Space” programme for psychological support, health campaigns in shopping centres, free diagnostics and family workshops for tenants, as well as cycling promotion days. In Poland, within the period, new projects added 130 green areas, 390 EV and 900 bike racks - over 190 certified buildings include now 570 green relaxation zones, 1,710 EV charging points and 3,800 bicycle spaces.
