Nuvalu’s retail team consists of 4 professionals who support the customers in every aspect related to the retail real estate market. The team specializes in site selection advisory, concept efficiency, budgeting and shopping center design at the early stage of creating new projects. The retail division also prepares recommendations for project redevelopments. Along with his team, Piotr Wasilewski works with numerous private and institutional clients in the shopping centers purchase and sale, and coordinates leasing processes of various retail objects.
Aneta Olejnik, Sylwia Chromińska and Mateusz Lalak support the team as Retail Consultants, working on the leasing processes, budgeting and evaluation of new retail projects, and by providing professional support.

Piotr Wasilewski has been the head of Nuvalu retail team since 2017. He has 18 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. Formerly, Piotr headed the retail team in the Polish branch of DTZ. He also worked for numerous retail development companies. Piotr and his team acquired 20 retail projects for commercialization at various stages of advancement with a total area of over 200,000 m2, and signed lease agreements for total area approx. 30,000 sqm GLA.
