1. Urban planning and architecture:
Nowogrodzka Square is the embodiment of a harmonious union between both an exclusive office complex and public space. Its 100 m long urban walkway, built in a historically war-torn part of Warsaw, connects Aleje Jerozolimskie and the Nowogrodzka Street.
The project, created by HRA Architects, drew inspiration from neighboring modernist tenement buildings. Nowogrodzka Square’s structure, which perfectly blends in with its surroundings and seamlessly intertwines with a nearby verdant public square/boardwalk, is the perfect project to fill a previously empty urban plot.
2. Transport:
Yareal's flagship investment is located in Warsaw’s city center, providing easy access to all means of public transport. Bus and tram lines, the Warsaw Commuter Railway, long-distance railway services (Warszawa Centralna railway station) and both subway lines are all located within walking distance of, or just a short ride away from, the building.
