As a sign of appreciation for being able to set up a strong Pan-Poland industrial platform, introducing a new brand to the Polish market, closing many transactions and elevating the quality of advisory services within the industrial sector, our team should be considered for the Eurobuild Award.

We represented TK Maxx, the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer, in the process of delivery a dedicated facility (BTS) located in Western Poland. It is the largest distribution centre for TK Maxx in mainland Europe (61,000 sqm).

We were successful in securing a major automotive tenants representation: NRF (32,000 sqm), Tiberina (23,000 sqm) and logistics operators: DHL (20,500 sqm), Delta Trans (17,000 sqm), Regesta (17,500 sqm), Langowski Logistics (approx. 35,000 in several locations in Poland).

We represented Pepco, multi-format, pan-European discount variety retailer, in the process of renegotiations of 43,000 sqm lease agreement in Upper Silesia region.
