Nuvalu’s retail team consists of 5 professionals who support the customers in every aspect related to the retail real estate market. The team specializes in site selection advisory, concept efficiency, budgeting and shopping center design at the early stage of creating new projects. The retail division also prepares recommendations for project redevelopments. Piotr Wasilewski along with his team work on numerous private and institutional clients in the shopping centers purchase and sale and coordinating the leasing processes of various retail objects. Between Q4 2018 and Q3 2019 Nuvalu’s retail team acquired 16 retail projects for commercialization with total area approx. 200,000 sqm.
Justyna Podpora supports Piotr as Senior Retail Consultant, working on the leasing processes, budgeting and evaluation of new retail project. She has been working in the retail commercial real estate industry for 16 years. The team is completed by Sylwia Chromińska, Aneta Olejnik and Wiktoria Olejniczak.

Piotr Wasilewski, has been the head of Nuvalu’s retail team since 2017 and has 18-years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He headed the retail team in the Polish branch of DTZ. He also worked for numerous retail development companies. Piotr and his team acquired 16 retail projects for commercialization at various stages of advancement with a total area of approximately 200,000 m2 and signed lease agreements for total area approx. 30,000 sqm GLA.
