Colliers Office Agency is a solid team of 49 people who are passionate about their business and enjoy working together. Between October 2018 and September 2019, we represented clients in transactions for the total value of over ca. EUR 500,000,000 (incl. Tenant Representation: 165 transactions and Landlord Representation: 50 transactions).

Our biggest pride is the fact that most of our clients decide to entrust us with their representation repeatedly – the rate of returning business is 8 out of 10. In the given period, we represented, among others the biggest transaction in the history of the Polish RE market – Mennica Legacy Tower – mBank – 46K m².

The growth of our business and the constantly increasing volume of the transactions we take part in, is undoubtedly a success and a source of pride for us. Equally important, however, is the fact that we truly enjoy working together developing our business as a team.
