Dorota moved across to Sierra Balmain Property Management from Balmain Asset Management where she previously was Asset manager for seven years for a retail portfolio of 17 schemes with investment volume of about EUR 130m. She was responsible for successful execution of asset management initiatives, including six re-development projects of the total value of ca EUR 7.9m and new development project of the value of EUR 25m. Since 2013 Dorota leads the property management and technical teams providing services for all shopping centers under management including property management, facility management, lease administration and credit control services. She was part of the successful set-up of property management business procedures and processes and team building and development. She managed the takeover of 4 shopping centres within the first 12 months from establishment, and an additional 7 since 2016.

Take over of two new projects in just 10 months : Galeria Malta in Poznań 58 000 GLA and Europa Centralna in Gliwice 74 195 GLA.

Achieve 44% growth in operations in terms of gross leasable area under its management: from 288,776 sqm gross leasable area under management in 2017 to a total of 411 700 GLA in 2019.

Led significant change in Malta’s tenant mix bringing key tenants such as LIDER plac zabaw, Enel-MED, Pepco, Dealz, KIK, Martes Sport, Famestage to the scheme ensuring its success in the face of growing competition on the local market.

Achieve overall average collection of charges at a level of 97,4%, with results in the range from 94,7% to 99,5%.
